素敵な休日 / Relaxed weekend

昨日は、お昼近くまでゆ〜〜くり寝ることができました

（寝るのが遅かったのですが。笑）。

やっぱり身体は疲れていたようで、久しぶりに心も身体も爽やかに

朝を迎えることができました。 😊

I spent very slow morning yesterday.

My body was tired more than I felt, so I refreshed myself! 😊

朝から健気にきれいな花を咲かせてくれている

お花たちに、エネルギーをもらいました。 😉

I got positive energy by these cute flowers. 😉

昨日は、家族とリラックスした時間を過ごすことができました〜。

なんていう素敵な週末の過ごし方！ 😍😎

夕方からは、集中して自分の練習を。

前回、ヘトヘトにバテるまで練習をしたのですが、そのバテたときと同じものを

昨日さらってみると、とってもいい感じにコントロールができて

吹くことができたので、ちょっと安心しました（笑）。 😊

I had very good practice on Trombone in the evening.

I was exhausted when I practiced hard last time (2 days ago?).

I did same things yesterday and I realized that I could make it much more

 easy and controlled much more things.

It's nice to know what and how I can do. 😊

昨日も暑いくらいのいいお天気でした〜！

It was warm and nice day! 

ここ数日、これらのものを飲みました〜。

初めてのものもあるし、やっぱり好き！っていうものも。 😍

I tasted these last few days.

Everything is very good and I like them!! 😍

このジョッキで飲む生ビールを感じられる話題のもの、口当たりが

変わって、とってもいい感じ！ 😉

This has new bottle type which makes feeling like beer mug.

It works well! I like it!! 😉

これも気になっていたんです。

安くて美味しくて、いい感じ〜！ 😍

This is new taste beer by Sapporo.

Yeah! This is reasonable and taste is good! 😍

そして、リピートしたこれ。

こういう味（クラフト・ビール）、好きです。 😊

I like kind of Craft Beer. 😊

そして、このIPA。

ほかのIPAをいろいろ飲み比べてきたわけではないけど、

味も飲みやすさも好きです。

たまの贅沢？ 😉

And this IPA by KIRIN.

I like IPA beers very much.

It makes my life rich! 😉
