朝から病院へ / To the clinic

昨日も夏のようないいお天気でした〜！ 😊

あ、夏とは言っても本格的な日本の夏ではなくて、僕の理想とする

「湿気の少ない、でも暑さを感じる夏」という意味です。 😎😉

It was very nice day like Summer. 😊

I mean it was not like Japanese Summer, it was dry (not humid at all)

 and fresh, but hot Summer. 😎😉

そんな清々しい日だったのですが、僕は朝から病院へ。

先日受けた健康診断の2次検査の結果が出たのですが、そこで「少し気になるところがある」

とのことだったので、それでは早めに、ということで近くで良さそうな病院を

探して予約。で、昨日の朝行ってきました。

It was fantastic day from the morning, but I visited the clinic in the morning

 because I received the result from general medical examination

 few days ago and it said it's better to go clinic and

 check more details again.

初めて行く病院だったのですが、なんと、受付をしてすぐに検尿をすることに。

こういう病院もあるんですねぇ。病院へ入る直前にトイレに行ってなくてよかったです。

もし病院へ行っく直前にトイレに行っていたら、と考えるとゾッとします。 😅

受付を終えると、すぐに検尿トイレへ直行でした。 😄

It was my first visit to that clinic.

After registration, they asked me to take pee first of all.

I was lucky that I didn't go to rest room just before I get the clinic. If I did it

 just before arriving to the clinic, I don't want to imagine that... 😅

There is the rest room just for taking pee. I headed to there

 just after my registration. 😄

普段から血圧は計りながら過ごしているのですが、健康診断や病院で計ると

毎回すごく高くてびっくりします・・・。

昨日もそうでした。診察室で計ってもらうと上が128（下は覚えて

いないけど、それ相応だった気がします）。

昨日の朝は、家で計ると上が115とかでした。

先生は128でも全く問題ありませんよ、とはいいますが、

なんだかいつもと違うことが悔しい・・・。 😫

診察が終わって待っているときに、待合室のところに機械の血圧計が

あったので、計ってみたところ、こういう数値でした。

ほらね、通常時は少しマシなんだって！！ 😆

I'm used to check my blood pressure often. But when I check them

 in the hospital or clinic, they are always much higher than usual.

I was not happy with that, but it was same yesterday.

It was 128 (top) when the doctor checked it, but when I check them

 at home in the morning, it was 115.

Doctor told me that 128 is fine, don't worry about that, but I was not happy. 😫

So, I check them again in the waiting room by machine,

 and it was like this (picture).

See? It's always like this usually!! 😆

結局、来週専門の病院へ行って詳しく検査をすることになりました。

このいろいろなコンサートが延期になっている間にこういうこと（再検査ほか）

ができてよかったです。 😊

来週の詳しい検査で、このまま放っておくのか何か対処をするのかが決まる

と思うのですが、何より、健康診断やその後の2次検診（厳密にはここでの心臓エコー

と頸動脈エコー）を受けたおかげでこの状態に気づくことができました！

自覚症状をはじめ全く症状がないので、それがないと知りようがありませんでした。 😱

いやぁ、真面目に受けていてよかったです！ 😉

I'll visit hospital for more detail examination next week.

I was lucky that I can do these things in this period which many concerts

 are cancelled and postponed due to COVID-19. 😊

I'll see if I leave them or do something for that by the result of

 next week's examination. But I appreciate general medical examinations

 for finding them very early.

There is any subjective symptoms or any signs for them, so if I didn't take

 general medical examination, no one know about them... wow, scary. 😱

I can tell you that it's better to take general medical examination! 😉

夜は、短い時間でしたが集中して練習を！ 😊

大汗をかいて練習する季節になってきました・・・。　😰😩

I had well-concentrated practice in the evening! 😊

It's already very sweaty practice season... 😰😩
