退院しました！ / I'm home now!

金曜日に、無事退院をしました。 😉

その日はあいにくの雨でしたが、ちょうど外を歩くときには傘が必要な

ほどではなく、傘は使わないですみました。 😊

しかし、駅に着くと朝の鉄道トラブルによってダイヤはムチャクチャな状態。 😅

でも、時間に追われているわけではないし、のんびりと

電車を乗り継いで帰りました。 😉

I backed home from the hospital on Friday. 😉

It was rain unfortunately, but I was happy to take train with my love Ai. 😊

家に帰って少し休んだあとは、いくつか買い物などのために

外に出て用事を済ませました。

首には一足先のハロウィンのような傷跡がありますが😅、気にせず

そのままいくつかのところへ出ていきました。

家族とお寿司も美味しくいただきました〜！ 😍😋

After we had little rest at home, we visited some places

 for shopping for family.

There is scar on my neck like the special make for Halloween😂,

 but I visited some places with my family with that. 😉

I also enjoyed very nice Sushi with my family!! 😍😋

退院して家に戻り、一つ気づいたことがありました。

夜、ふとあくびが出たのですが、あくびをすると喉が痛い・・・。 😅

これ、術後一度も感じたことがなかったのですが、それは、

入院中一度もあくびをしていなかったからかぁ、と気づきました。 😙

自宅に帰ってからのほうが寝られている時間は長いのに、あくびが

出るってことは、やっぱりエネルギーを使って

身体も疲れているのでしょうねぇ。 😅

まだあくびが出ると喉は痛いので、あくびが出ないように

過ごしていきたいと思っています。 😊😎

After I backed home, I realized one thing.

I have pain on my throat when I yawn... 😅

It was first time l felt that after my operation on Monday.

I felt strange because it was 4 days after my operation then, and

 I realized that I had pain on my throat when I yawn then.

But I knew why it was my first time then.

I didn't yawn at all when I was in the hospital. 😙

I try to spend relaxed and slow time at home for avoiding yawning. 😊😎

あくびをしたときに喉が痛い、ということは、楽器を吹くときのように

しっかりと、かつたっぷりと息を吸うとまだ喉が痛いってことですよねぇ。 😅

まだもう少し大人しく過ごしていこう、と改めて思いました。 😌😙

I have pain on my throat when I yawn, it means I have pain on my throat

 when I play brass instruments(when I breathe). 😅

I will stay calm more days for being ready to perform

 my Trombone or/and Euphonium. 😌😙

家でおとなしくしていようは思っていますが、激しくない運動は

どんどんやってくださいね、とも言われているので、昨日は近所のお気に入りの

公園まで妻のAiと一緒にお散歩しました。 😍

暑さもかなり穏やかに秋らしくなっていて、気持ちよかったです！！ 😊😘

I try to stay calm at home, but Doctor says me that "Walk a lot!".

So I enjoyed happy walking to our favorite park

 with my love Ai yesterday. 😍

It was very nice to walk outside and I felt little Autumn by wind and the air!! 😊😘
